Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge when sharing their parents' bed. A third or fourth extra bed costs € 25.00 per night. Pets are welcome with prior authorization.
(RULE VALID FROM 1 MAY TO 30 SEPTEMBER) At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be required, payable either by bank transfer or by providing a credit card number with expiry date and CVC. If the booking is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. However, in the event of a no-show at check-in or an early departure, the full amount agreed at the time of booking will be charged to the credit card; if a deposit has already been paid, it will not be refunded. For any questions or further information, please contact us using the dedicated "contact form"; we will reply within 24/48 hours. Check-in is from 12.00 onwards. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. Towels are changed after the 2nd day of stay, while the full linen change (sheets and towels) is carried out after the 4th day. Extra cleaning is available for a supplement of € 10.00 per day. The full agreed amount must be paid on the day of arrival, at check-in.


PRICE INFORMATION: Prices include VAT. The tourist tax, payable in cash, is not included and will be added to the room rate. Credit cards are accepted. Checks are not accepted. Transfer service available on request. Please note:

1) B&B AIGUA is located in the heart of the historic centre of ALGHERO, inside the LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE (ZTL). Guests are advised that refund requests cannot be accepted for any traffic fines incurred.
2) Our B&B formula includes self-catering breakfast; each room has its own breakfast corner. Use of the kitchenette service is available for a supplement.
3) Christmas and Easter periods are considered high season.
4) Since bed and breakfasts are small family-run accommodation facilities, there is no reception service available twenty-four hours a day. Guests must therefore inform the property owner by phone or email of their expected arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. Arriving at the property without having communicated the arrival time in advance may cause inconvenient waiting times. This inconvenience cannot be grounds for complaints or refund requests.
Please remember that AIGUA B&B offers an excellent airport car-rental service: Aigua Rent a Car, provided by Aiguarentacar car rental in Alghero, also without a credit card.
Guests staying at our property must be of legal age, meaning eighteen years old. If minors are staying, at least one guest must be an adult and the minors must have written authorization from their parents, who assume full responsibility.
These house rules are deemed fully accepted when the contract is concluded.
